The applicants who do not receive a guarantee from the Minister of Health before the submission of their proposals to PL07"Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends", are kindly requested to attach a printout of the said information..

Applicants whose applications undergo appraisal
 are requested to attach a copy of submitted request for own contribution.

We kindly inform that on 12 June 2013, the Management of the Ministry of Health adopted an amended Procedure of granting funds for own contribution by the minister competent for health to Project Promoters under PL07 Operational Programme Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends supported by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014. The main change concerns the introduction of a standby list. Applicants from the standby list shall be granted assistance, as long as the following conditions are met:

(a) a project contract supported with the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 and/or Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 is signed as a result of the call for proposals;

(b) funds required to support the basic list of projects are unlocked.

We kindly inform that due to the expiry of the deadline for the submission of requests for granting funds for own contribution by the minister competent for health to Project Promoters under PL07 Operational Programme Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends supported by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 and due to the exhaustion of the envisaged budget, the PL07 Programme Operator shall no longer accept aforementioned requests for own contribution.

We kindly inform than on 8 May 2013, the Management of the Ministry of Health adopted the Procedure of granting funds for own contribution by the minister competent for health to Project Promoters under PL07 Operational Programme Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends supported by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

We would like to notice that requests for funds for own contribution granted by the minister competent for health to Project Promoters under PL07 Operational Programme Development and better adaptation of health care to demographic and epidemiological trends supported by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 may only be submitted by: entities reporting to or supervised by the minister competent for health and entities in whose share capital such entities have at least 51% shares or are founded by such entities.

We would like to notice that according to point (4) of the Procedure applications should be submitted to the Department of European Funds of the Ministry of Health by 15 May 2013. Nevertheless, in accordance with point (5) of the Procedure applications received after the aforementioned deadline shall be processed if there are still funds available under a given call for proposals, in the order of receipt.
