The Human Capital Operational Programme (HCOP) is a programme funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the State budget, implemented in the years 2007-2013. Its purpose is to allow the full use of human - resources potential through the increase in employment and the adaptation potential of enterprises and their employees, the increase in the educational level of society, a reduction in the areas of social exclusion and support for building the administrative structures of the State.
One of the priorities of the HCOP is Priority II: The development of human resources and the adaptation potential of enterprises and the improvement in the state of health of working people. It provides, inter alia, the creation of the appropriate health protection through ensuring conditions conducive to improving and maintaining the good state of health of working people.
nder Priority II Measure 2.3 is implemented, namely Strengthening the health potential of working people and improving the quality of the healthcare system's functioning. The tasks resulting from the performance by the Minister of Health of the functions of the Institution Implementing Measure 2.3 are carried out by the European Funds Department at the Ministry of Health.
